Return to DiscussionsLarge (1400+ square feet) apartment in Hollywood near Sunset/La Brea; second-story unit in a fourplex. Bedroom available; rest of apartment is fully furnished.
$1000/month covers room rent, all utilities, use of my washer/dryer and exercise equipment and furniture and all other expenses. There is currently no free parking spot available behind the building so you would have to use street parking for now.
Applicants must be nudist and preferably gay (gay-friendly is a must). Please message me if you might be interested in looking at it.
