There are 3 empty bedrooms available in my 1400 sq. ft. 4 bedroom. Looking to fill them so I can stay in this specific apt. And not have leasing office move me elsewhere.
The complex is most accommodating to college students. Fun place to live, you can meet new people, always parties going on, events in the clubhouse, frequent free food provided by management. Etc.
Complex has pool, grill stations, dog park, tanning salon, clubhouse with game room, indoor/outdoor fireplace, full kitchen, volleyball , media center, computer lab, full gym available 24hrs.
Spacious ground floor Apt comes fully furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer inside apt. Dishwasher, full kitchen, free internet, cable, a/c, heat, rent is about $400/mo. With about $30-$40 for electricity, all other bills paid. They are always running specials and deals to waive security deposit and application fee, or giving you first months rent either for $99 or free. You can always negotiate your rate or deal. They have a roommate matching service and They do allow pets for a fee. Lease terms can be month to month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, 12-month.
I've enjoyed living here awhile, complex is nice, apt is great, right across from WTAMU. Close to stores, restaurants, activities. At times in the past when friends come over and roommates are home, it can be like living in a frat house. But all in good fun. Definitely not boring. Since other roommates leases were up, they moved out and moved on, just needing to find the right like minded dudes who are comfortable with being naked. And like to relax and chill in the buff at home, the one place where it should always be acceptable and encouraged.
