I am in the process of remodeling my home in Phoenix Arizona and will be seeking one or two nudist women to make this their home. Each renter will have a private bed room and full use of house, yard and pool. I am a life long nudist, retired and a widower. My goal is to host parties and nudist get togethers for my nudist friends, the majority of whom are over 60 years age.

Therefore I believe the ideal renters would be fully retired or working part time. Hopefully they would be willing to be part time hostesses at my planned parties.

I suspect that my remodeling project will not be completed until late summer or early fall of 2023. For any individuals who plans to move to Phoenix, that will give them time to plan.

Obviously my plan here is to interview individuals as potential renters so you can move in as soon as the units are ready. Sorry but we can't allow any children or pets.

I am not seeking male renters because I believe that female renters will balance the energy in the home.
