Return to DiscussionsI heard that when they were proposing and designing the modern olympics in the late 19th century there were serious discussions over playing all sports nude! even in victorian times they were thinking about staying true to the original ancient greek games. i wish that argument had won out. i can't imagine it happening now, many cultures are so uptight about nudity. but i love the idea of putting everyone on the same level, breaking down all barriers between opponents and countries!

Much sport was nude indoors in the 19th century as it was modeled after greek ideals. Swimming too. I definitely agree with you and there are some leagues around the world. I've played nude volleyball with mixed gender and men only gay str8 bi doesn't matter just good fun. Certainly was amazing and liberating.
