Another Nudist Driven Toyota!

I drive a 2013 Tacoma Pick-up and love it. It's 4x4 - great even in winter weather. With the bed extender it has a lot of flexibility for carrying cargo, very practical for those never ending projects at home. Since I'm retired it still has very low mileage, will last forever!

Also have two Prius's which are also great, they use so little gas that we almost forgot to fill them on at least two occasions until the warning alarm sounded!

I have one, too, only in 2 WD though. But that's enough for what I need it to do. It's an Extra Cab version, but I wished they had the option of the longer bed available on the standard cab models, I would have gotten one of those if it was offered. It's been handy for some of the projects I do around the house and is long enough to haul my largest motorcycle, if I leave the tailgate down. But at 900 pounds, it is close to the max cargo weight capacity of this truck of 1200 pounds. But it wasn't up to the task of some of the loads I needed to haul for a home improvement project this summer. One of which involved 36, 12' pressure treated(wet/heavy) 2x6's and 1600 pounds of Quikcrete, and another load for the same project of 1400 pounds of 20' steel, 24 12' PT 2x6s and 1200 pounds of Quikcrete. Good thing I have a 3/4 ton Chevy with a rack on top for loads like this. I seriously doubt that a Tundra could have handled the loads this Chevy can haul for me. It's a '94 model and not far off from being equal to a one ton truck as far as load capacity. Pick up trucks are just so much more useful to me than any car will ever be. I can go anywhere and do anything I can with a car with these trucks(legally) and so much more.
