I went to this a couple of years ago and it was OK. The nakedmates web site lists naked events, which are mostly in the south of the UK. Most events are both social nudity and sexual nudity. The big naked fest event is a great opportunity for existing friends who have met up at the different parties to catch up. So, if you have not already, I would highly recommend going to the smaller parties first and making a circle of friends. This way I think that you will enjoy naked fest a lot more. Unlike the gatherings in the USA that have events to help new people make new friends. Naked fest only has a human bingo game where you just ask someone what their number is and then dash to the next person. The year I went the weather was bad and a lot of people were socializing in their tents. Last year the weather was good and there was a lot more obvious sexual nudity in the camp site and woods, so be prepared to see anything and everything ! It is a friendly and respectful atmosphere, there is never any pressure to join in with the sexual nudity. It is totally fine to just enjoy the social nudity.
