This is a privately owned property of about 20 acres and includes a house, small barn, about a 2-3 acre pond and 3-4 acres of sunning lawn. This is a little gem just outside the greater ChicagoArea. The owner is an old retired Chicago police officer who is not doing very well due to health related issues. He is doing his best to hang in there until his last days.
The owner wishes that guests be couples, women and select single men. The saying for Woodlot is "Not for profit, just for fun" and the owner's famous words with a smile are "No fighting".
