Today is a sad day

Return to Discussions

I have received the message I have been not wanting to hear. Gene has passed away this morning between 1 and 1:30 am. May this man rest in peace. Meet all his military buddies and all the nudist that went before him. More info will be posted as it becomes available.

Indeed a sad day... sorry it took me 2 days to get here to learn the news. I didn't know Gene well, but I had been coming to Woodlot for a lot of years and couldn't count the number of times we exchanged thoughts. He was one of a kind.

Dale, many thank to you for your care and concern for Gene, for keeping us informed and all the services you provided at Woodlot that kept it open and a special place.
