Has anyone here ever made a stitch and glue boat? I'm thinking of building a small sailboat this summer and people (My brother)tell me that's the way to go.

God I was 14 or 15 last time I saw one of those been built by my next door neiborgh in his garage, I helpped some but it's been along time ...

There are some very good videos on Youtube demonstrating the stitch and glue method of boat building.
