Gym Reopening
Return to DiscussionsMy gym recently reopened now that Covid is down substantially in the area.
While it will be good to be able to use the equipment, exercising dressed is going to feel strange for a while.
For the past 4 months, I have been doing light body weight and band workouts at home, usually nude and always shirtless.
Decided not to go back to the gym for a while.Mainly because of Covid risk, but having to wear clothes to exercise also played a role.
Just ordered a basic home workout system so I can permanently skip the gym and the clothes when I exercise!
