The YMCA started me becoming a nudist
Return to DiscussionsAs a kid I was very shy about being nude in front of others. I would not go to the washroom at school and save it for home. I think just being nude I would get a boner. When I first started sleeping in the nude. Well being at the Y I got to the point I did not care if someone saw me nude and I got more control over my penis. Now because of the Y I am a nudist
I think that was a very good choice. The best Y I have been too is the Dowdy in Charlotte ,NC if I were closer I would go every day. there seem to be a lot more there willing to show than not, but they still have a few prudes, but not many, about 90% naked I would say, where as most are 50 or less, depending on the time of day.

I started at the YMCA for swim lessons at 8yo. In those days boys and men swam nude, no option. I got used to shared male nudity at the Y and later in School. When I had a chance for mixed gender social nudity, it was a piece of cake.
