Yes, you can and you have to sign-in at the reception which is the only way to go to tthe nude beach. When I went there, it was nice and very peaceful. It is exclusively a gay resort but everyone keep to themselves at the nude and no-one hassle you... very respectful. You can have lunch and drink at the bar
