NOT UNDER ADLER - EVEN IF CASES GO DOWN I DON'T EXPECT REOPENING UNTIL AFTER HE IS VOTED OUT. JUDGE EKHARDT YOU NOTICED RESIGNED FOR TRAVIS COUNTY BUT THAT ELECTION ISN'T FOR A WHILE EITHER.
