Questions for people that visited juniper woods

My wife and I are thinking of visiting juniper woods this summer and since there is a photo of what looks like nude people on a boat .. We are wondering: is there a lake on the property? Is it accessible or swimmable nude? Is it fishable? (My wife LOVES fishing!)
