The Oxbow Campground Directions

From the New York State Thruway (I-90), get off at the Westfield exit (Exit 60). The exit lets out on NYS Route 394.

Turn left and follow RT 394 a short distance south into the center of Westfield to the first major intersection which is Route 20.

Turn right onto RT 20 and continue for a short distance, crossing a large bridge.

Turn left at the first street, Chestnut Street (County Road 21). There is a car wash at this intersection. Follow CR 21 south for about 3.3 miles.

Turn, or actually bear left, onto Ogden Road again heading south. Follow Ogden Road for about 1.5 miles.

Turn left onto Taylor Road. It is a gravel road, so please go slow. Follow Taylor Road a short distance to the dead end sign where there is a small parking area on the left. This is the entrance to Chatauqua Gorge.

The last driveway on the left is the Oxbo Campground, But the Second to last is where the Owners, Bob and Carol, are usually to be found most days. Check with them before entering campground proper...
