Just noticed when I posted the original topic, there is a phrase "Textile" above my photo. Any ideas on how that came about and to remove it?
I am a true nudist, certified on this site, and only wear clothes when I have to.
For over 15 years at home (since the kids left), do my exercise routine nude. Sometimes at poolside as well. Never have done so in a group situation, although now that I think of it, did a few stretching exercises, push-ups and sit-ups in a nude tanning area several years ago at a resort. Had a few nude jogs and hikes alone in remote or semi-remote areas, and on an official nude beach (only one there due to a cool breeze).
Love being physically active totally naked.
wow, you mean there are people out there that wear clothes while exercising????? I thought that went by the wayside with the Greeks, you know, the ones that started the olympiad....(IE Olympics)
geesh, I must be really out of touch....
Due to a car accident years ago, I have been doing nude yoga and pilates for manyyears to help my back and neck.If you look at my pics youcan see where I posted some nude yoga and pilatespics showing how relaxing it is.
My husband Tomjust started nudeyoga to help with his blood pressure and it is working.
Nude yoga removes the interference of clothing, so you can really get deep relaxation and in touch with your wholebody. I highly recommend it.

I do both nude yoga and pilates. I was in a car accident many years ago and I find these exercises help both my neck and back.
Doing yoga and pilates in the nude is the only way to go. You really get in touch with your body and skin as you don't have clothing to interfere with you. I highly encourage it.
I have even posted a few pics of my doing nude yoga and pilates in my account here.
I agree pilates nude is a great workout, I have never done it in a situation with a class though, not sure how that would be. Will be interesting to see everyone's comments with experience.
We are really new to this nudism thing, but it seems that some of the positions I find myself in while working out would make me a little more uncomfortable nude than at a resort or walking on a beach nude. Maybe that is just my lack of experience talking, not sure.
