As nudists (and human beings), we are all about skin :-) LOL...
and we expose a much greater surface area of skin to the elements than the 'textile' public...
and while it is mostly beneficial, i.e. Vitamin D, and better, more natural temperature regulation, improved mood, etc.
some of us have issues with our skin (the bodies largest organ), i know i do...
after all if you are going to 'love the skin you are in' you have to take good care of it...
does anyone want to share, any tips or special things you do to take care of your skin?
