- Is anyone else having issues with certification? I have printed the certification sheet, done the selfie, took a pic with my ID...and my photos keep getting rejected...despite doing everything correctly. The customer support on this site is also a joke. I have sent 2 trouble tickets, and no responses. Yet, these financial vampires hit you with ads to "upgrade your subscription" the moment you log in, but they cannot fix the very broken problems with this site.
