- After December 2021 (post college), I started sleeping nude consistently and it led to lounging around in the mornings nude. I keep my nude habits a secret, and only a couple of people in my life know. By 2023, I started to embrace calling myself a home nudist, and I want to reach out to other nudists in North Texas and beyond. I'm still a shy, nerdy introvert but nudism has helped me become slightly more confident.
- Hello, This is my first time posting and being on a nudism/naturism site. I apologize for the length as there's plenty of stuff I want to talk about. I got into nudism on my own through college (by my third year). It started out sleeping nude after finding out people did that and it can help improve sleep. It felt weird at first since I was used to always wearing pajamas. So to help better transition, I would shower and then go straight to bed in the evenings. It was still pretty infrequent at the time.
