About scarod
I am a 60 year old widower, I have been a naturist all my life. I belong to a naturist association here in Cape Town South Africa, called the Western Cape Naturist Association. (www.wcna.co.za). I enjoy going camping with the members, as well as spending summer days on our nudist beach, Sandy Bay. I find the history of naturism/nudism fascinating, and also the health benefits, both physical as well as psycological, are of great interest to me.
