Im Sofia a fun-loving, free-spirited nudist woman originally from the cold north of Norway, but these days youll find me enjoying the sunshine and warmer life here in beautiful Cyprus. After years of freezing temperatures, I decided Id had enough of being cold and honestly, I think I made the right choice!

Im a proud mother, a lover of life, and someone who believes every day should come with a little laughter, adventure, and preferably plenty of sunshine. I like to take life as it comes, enjoy the moment, and never be afraid to try something new.

For me, nudism is about feeling free, comfortable, confident, and completely myself. Theres something special about leaving the clothes and the worries behind and simply enjoying life as nature intended.

When Im not enjoying the beach, you might find me hiking, riding my bike, heading out for a fun evening, or spending quality time with my family. I like staying active, although Ill happily admit that sometimes my bike gets more exercise than I do!
