In town for a week and hoping to make friends!

Did anyone go out to Howell Park on Friday the 8th of May, 2020? If so, how crowded was it? Were there any (City of Seattle) Parks rangers or cops present to enforce social distancing? Anyone planning to go out on Sat. the 9th of May?
