Hi all , perhaps I am jumping the gun before the new year but feeling ready for a fresh start . Having now reached my mid 40s Im ready to get back to health and fitness in a more structured way as my finer slim body now has a few wobbly bits...

Was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for naturist sunbathing in London? Preferably clean, reasonably quiet, and not "dodgy" (i.e. will spend the afternoon tripping over old condoms).
