Mountain Air Ranch SW of Denver, CO
Dakota Hot Springs South of Penrose, CO and a mile west on Hwy 50
Valley View Hot Springs (Part of the Orient Land Trust) near Villa Grove, CO
Desert Reef Hot Springs near Florence, CO (Pretty anal about single males)
Indian Hot Springs West of Denver (Gender segregated thermal caves, private baths)

Beyond that, there are many unofficial opportunities up in the mountains on remote trails.

Boulder Canyon is pretty popular, mostly with the gay crowd.
