so this is happend to every single members here, hope some of the admin can tell us when the chat room is back on track, is almost a week that you can't log in the chat room.
I logged into the chat yesterday, and just logged into it now. Try logging out (not just closing the screen or app, but actually logging off the site) then log back in.

What the heck is going on over there? We've been member of TN since . . . . I guess "forever" . . . and have never had a problem. For the past couple of months, if we sign on in the morning, everything is fine. But if we go off, and then try to get back on to "Chat," we're told the "server" is "disconnected." The screen says to "refresh" which we do, and then the screen says to "refresh again. Now, the funny thing is, if we wait 24 hours, there's no problem logging on again and going to Chat. And there's no problem logging on anytime, but it's the going to "Chat" that causes the screen to go nuts! Thanks to AT&T's crappy service, our router was replaced a couple of months ago, but since that time we've had Geek Squad come in and to at complete check, and reprogram the router to what the old one used to be. Okay, so TV's work, phone works, etc., but still TN (and ONLY TN) has this problem of logging on to Chat -- and ONLY that problem. (As you can see, I'm writing this and everything is fine.) So . . . any idea of what's causing this?
