Running Weather

In light of the snow fall and 'storm' that is pushing across the states. First I pray everyone is fairing well, safe and warm. Second as a runner what is your limit for running outside when it comes to weather? Then what is your limits for running naked?

I don't run in lightning. I will run in rain but not lightning. And for chill factor below 30 I need clothes lol

RE:Running Weather

I love to trail run in the rain. Here in Ohio we frequently have late afternoon storms that last about 45-60 minutes. That almost guarantees that no one will be in the park. One of my 2026 goals is to be fit enough to hit the trails again.

I don't run in cold weather because shrinkage just makes you silly!

I don't run. I walk in temperatures down to 40F. Used to down to about 25F.
While I rarely walk nude, I would estimate that my limit would be around 55F including wind chill.
