Running Weather
In light of the snow fall and 'storm' that is pushing across the states. First I pray everyone is fairing well, safe and warm. Second as a runner what is your limit for running outside when it comes to weather? Then what is your limits for running naked?
I don't run in lightning. I will run in rain but not lightning. And for chill factor below 30 I need clothes lol
I love to trail run in the rain. Here in Ohio we frequently have late afternoon storms that last about 45-60 minutes. That almost guarantees that no one will be in the park. One of my 2026 goals is to be fit enough to hit the trails again.
I don't run in cold weather because shrinkage just makes you silly!
I hear you about shrinkage. I have learned that when I run there is shrinkage even on some warm days. I stopped caring about what others think when it comes to shrinkage I just care about how I feel. I feel some much more comfortable running nude.
Running in cold though is really not fun. lol. I can handle the lower temp if I am in training mode. I am prepping for the Nude 5k and the temps dropped on race day so I am prepping for worse case scenario lol.
I have a long driveway so I can run at any time. I don't run if it's lightning. For temperature, I can be nude down to 40-45F as long as there's not a strong north wind. Otherwise I wear a shirt. As far as shrinkage, my balls tighten up if it's cold, but the constant swinging of my dick keeps it a "normal" flaccid size
My limitations are:
- prefer above 50 degrees
- no rain plz, definitely no thunderstorms, but a light drizzle doesnt bother me if Im already out in it
- cant really run nude where I live but love the nude races that Ive attended
The shrinkage factor doesnt bother me too much until Im changing or showering at the gym afterwards then Im willing it to look a little fluffier - haha. Funny though after the nude race I dont even think about it. Thats part of what makes nudism freeing.
