Can't get certified

I have submitted everything for certification 3 times now and keep getting denied. The stated reason is "Username Unreadable/Poor Quality Picture"
The username is on the pdf that the site generates and is very clear in the picture. The picture quality is fine.
I opened a ticket several days ago and it still shows as unread. What do I need to do to get support on this issue?

I have been having the same trouble, but in my case it has been 4 times. After the first 3 I gave up. That was a month ago. Yesterday I tried again with the same result
