Well being a Muslim, I was done for religious reasons when I was 10. And by a religious circumciser, not a doctor. So easy to say, he didn't care for the frenulum and basically just cut a part of it along with my foreskin. So now I have a little bit of it left, similar to the style American newborns get. My sons were done by a doctor though, so theirs was cut off
i was circumcised in my late 50s, frenulum was removed. its up to the individual to keep it or not. i chose to remove it. if it is a frenulum breve, aka a short frenulum then it should be removed so as to relieve the constant pull.
