After a year try get into nudist
In the beginning when I tried to understand about nudist, I was only naked in the bedroom or in the living room when alone. Now i go to the next step...I have been trying to bare in open places like chalet and the front of the guest house room or toilets. I feel excited and enjoyable...

A slow, steady approach works well. Just stay within your own comfort level, and don't worry about going further until you're ready. I've heard that Malaysian law isn't too friendly to nudists, so you may have more limitations than people in Europe, but enjoy whatever you can.
I can relate to the excitement you have when taking the initiative to move beyond your usual physical comfort zone.
When living alone for the first time (after college), while naked I decided to leave my bedroom and go into the living room. Due to the cultural and social inhibitions we endure, the first time I accepted the challenge the feelings of doing something forbidden were intense.
