Where to stay nearby in January

Our winter break cruise was cancelled and rebooked for 2025. I'm looking recommendations for places to stay nearby in January. Any other touristy things in the area would also be helpful as I am the nudist and she is not.

Of course Kennedy Space Center is nearby. Sunny Sands Nudist Resort is up in Pierson north of Daytona Beach and the Cypress Cove Resort is west of Apollo in Kissimmee. Good luck
