There's a heap of aussie groups on here on TN as well as aussie based forum topics.
However, when you past in a forum, that post appears in the feeds of all your TN friends. Anyone can post to a forum, but unless your a friend of the poster or your randomly checking that particular forum you won't see the post.
As for "TN groups" only group members can post to groups.
