But some guy in Chile tried.
Just read a online story about a guy who stripped nude in a zoo in Chile and deliberately jumped into a lion's den to try to end his life.A note was found in his clothes telling of his intent.
He is alive but madly mauled and in the process to rescue him the zoo keepers had to kill two of the lions.
Not a good way to promote nudism for sure.

If he survives, he should be prosecuted for causing the death of two lions.

I read the story on CNN. The article I saw made no mention of nudist anything but that he was frustrated.

He probably stripped off his clothes as a way of making it easier on the lions to devour him after they killed him, as he was apparently wanting them to do. Not that he was a nudist and wanted to go out his way, he just didn't want the lions to have any trouble eating him quickly. Even if the lions had successfully killed him and started feeding on him, they would have still been killed, I'm sure, as they could then not be trusted around their regular handlers, and might try to attack them sometime in the future.
