Without posting an e-mail address, I think membership in this group works as an open invitation for someone to say, "hey, we're both inpost your email and exchange some pics of yourself, why don't we swap e-mail addresses and then some pics."
For what it's worth, members of this group can find the Message button on my profile just like anyone else's.
