Fitness First

Just joined back up at Fitness First - I go to Sylvania as they have a good sauna in the men's changerooms where you can hang nude with a little discretion - also a good place to shower with doors open.
Just wondering if anyone else has a good fitness first they go to or if anyone on here also goes to Sylvania.
