Which resort is better for children?

Which is a better resort for children, Sunny Rest or Penn Sylvan. Please tell us which one of the two you prefer to take your children too and why. We would like to visit either this summer for a week and do not have time to do both so we prefer to go to the one that would be better for our kids as opposed to them being bored with nothing to do.
