However, at the same time, I am also in the C group, not because mine are "Super Low Hangers" but because the "bottom of [my] balls hang below tip of [my] flaccid penis" -- because I am so small in the penis department.

RE:A Brief SurveyIt really does depend on how hot or cold it is. Now that Im in a warmer climate my balls tend to hang down a bit more. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont!
