Hello everybody, I'm a 20yo guy from Italy, I'm getting into meditation and would love to try yoga (naked of course). maybe there's someone more expert than me willing to help... would love to try it via skype, but any advice is welcome

I use the Yoga.com app. Its really good for beginners all the way through to expert.

Thanks for that recommendation! Im also new to yoga, and having trouble finding YouTube vids that are challenging enough to be a workout, but not too advanced for a beginner (I mean, come - Im not doing headstands yet or resting my knees in my elbows). Will give that app a try!
