Caparica, Portugal

I spent last Monday afternoon on the beach. Access is easy from Lisbon, if slow: the ferry from Cais to Cacilhas then the 127 bus (different system from the Lisbon card) takes you to the south end of Caparica at Fonte da Talha with just a modest (see what I did there) walk north to the naturist zone.

It's off season, so not a lot of people, mostly men and a few couples. Quiet, not the cleanest but not disgusting, no worries, no lookie-lous. No facilities in the naturist area, and the couple of cafes south of there weren't open yet for the season,. Bring water. I hope to get out there again on Friday.
