Is it gonna be safe to go this weekend b/c of the heat?

I heard it's supposed to feel like 100 even up there in the Poconos. I really wanna go b/c haven't been there yet this year. However, idk if it's a good idea. I'm at least like not gonna stay all day and drink plenty of water.
