There is no permit but no specific law against it. We just need to find an isolated stretch. The more people, the less chance of a complaint or being writtenup, compared to a single male. Lets think August on the Raccoon unless anyone has a better location?

Reviving this topic, I would really like to participate in something like this, lets figure out a when and a where so I can haul my kayak out to wherever it happens.
