Early Morning Jogging & Fitness Buddy (NYC/Central Park West)

I'm looking for an intermediate jogging partner for a three-to-four mile lap around The North Woods in Central Park three to four MORNINGS a week (7 am to 9 am start time).

Man or woman, late twenties to early forties. Men or women who want motivation and are accountable to show up on-time without excuses.

I workout at home three days after morning jogging as well. It'd be good to find one workout partner with her or his own exercise mat. I've got mobile gym equipment and focus mostly on cardio, conditioning, and toning - not bulking up.
