Master the basics yoga challenge day three

Sorry all missed day three master the basics but better late than never. Here is day 3 master the basics seated forward fold. Start seated on your mat with your legs extended and make an L shape with legs straight out as possible and upper body upright. Then reach your arms overhead and fold forward at your hip crease. Hold your legs or feet whether your hands land and breathe. Look towards your feet and lengthen your spine with each breath in and relax you legs towards your mat or flor on your great out. This is a hamstring and back stretch. If either are tight bend your knees but try to keep the fold from the hip crease. Relax a and let go. See the media library for the image.
