Night visits?

Hello, I am new to this, out of interest, anyone goes to haulover at night? Is it prohibited? I want to go there after sunset, see the night ocean, spend some time, just do not know if it is legal. If it is though, anyone want to join in? ;)

Been there, done that. Not legal. Don't recommended it. Haulover is a bit isolated. Never heard of a problem. But if there is a problem, no one will be within earshot. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale better at night, less isolated.
