From Dyer Woods Facebook Page

To all members of Dyer Woods Nudist Campgrounds (D.W.N.C. Association)

I hope this letter finds you all safe and well. I have been waiting to
contact you all about the state of the campground for the 2020 season
due to the covid-19 pandemic, until we had more information and guidance
from the State of Rhode Island and the Town of Foster.

I had a lengthy phone call with the President of the Foster Town Council
Denise DeFranco. Concerning the state of Dyer Woods for the 2020 season.
The Town of Foster will not be issuing us a campground license until the
current situation is over, we will not be permitted to open to the
general public until the current situation is over.

Members are allowed to access the campground since it is considered
vacation property.
Anyone coming from out of state will have to fill out a RI Dept of
Health form and will be required to self quarantine for 14 days.
Non members WILL NOT be allowed to enter the campgrounds under any
circumstances.
The clubhouse, camp store, and sauna will be closed till further notice.
Pot Lucks will not be permitted.
You must maintain a social distance of a minimum of 6 feet from other
people that do not live in your household.
Gatherings of 5 or more will not be permitted.

If we do not adhere to these rules the Town of Foster or The State of
Rhode Island could shut us down. Anyone that violates these rules may be
asked to leave camp immediately and will not be allowed back till this
situation is over. The town council president has advised me to call the
Foster Police if we need help enforcing these rules. This is not a joke
and should not be taken as such.

Bob is doing his best to keep the touch surfaces in the bathroom cleaned
and sanitized, as the weather gets warmer and more of you show up, you
will need to take responsibility to clean the bathroom up after
yourself.

Any questions please feel free to contact me

President DWNC

RE:From Dyer Woods Facebook Page

Im so sorry for the state of affairs. Many small businesses are being affected.

From my aspect, Im very disappointed about possibly missing out of a summer of social nudity and connection.

But I have a bigger concern that Dyer Woods can weather the storm. Your business is such a great value for people like me.

I want everyone to stay safe which requires these disappointing standards. But hope this can pass and we can all be safe once again and enjoy the sun and like-minded friends.
