TN Profile Pic

Could someone tell me how I wold go about changing my profile pic here? The pic I took for mine was just a quickie shot I took while setting up my profile, and I hate it.

I'd rather reply here and avoid emailing.
Upload a picture of yours, then go to My media. Under the picture, you can find the icon of a pin. Click on it, and a menu appears where you can select the picture as a profile pic.
