Nude massage exchange in Western North Carolina

Does anyone know of a massage therapist in the western part of the state, that does nude massages? IF NOT....would anyone be interested in exchanging nude massages? I have had back surgery a few years ago, and my back, and lower legs, could sure use a massage weekly, if it can be made happen. Let me know if you know of anyone, or would be interested in exchanging massages
