Vacation rental in Arizona(not couch)

Hi all.

I live in AZ and share a home with others. One of whom has a primary immunity disorder.
So we've been operating at a paranoid level for months.

It's time to give them the house for a while and for me to get away.

Does anyone know of a house, cabin, etc to rent somewhere local?
Has to be nude friendly. I'm a 24/7 one and it's normal for me to be around textiles.
Has to be above and beyond social distances. Like I can't share a house, but guest place or such would do.
Resorts are probably off the table too, or at least the ones I know.
I'd prefer more north due to heat, but would stay south with a pool :)

PS. Camping is an option for me. But I'm down to a low clearance vehicle and finding safe places has become harder.
