Same in Oz, we/ our Goverment are quick to hand it out to help other nations in need............. fair enough, but don't negelct your own backyard,,,,,,,, very frustrating.
Good old Uncle Sam just loaned Brazil 2 Billion to drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico. After the BP spill they imposed a moratorium on American drilling in the Gulf. Have you ever heard the expression " DUH". I don't get it. I am however collecting the fortunes from Fortune Cookies so I can learn to speak Chinese.
