Thank you Jack. It is very awkward, I find myself tensing up trying to protect the damaged area & this just puts a strain on other areas of my back, hips & shoulders. I have an appointment at my doctors on Monday & will ask for a referral to the hospital and definitely stronger pain killers. Thanks again.
